Are you a fan of Cosplay and music? Do you want to show off your skills and have fun with your friends? If so, you might be interested in our new event: Cosplay LipSync!
This is the perfect chance for Cosplay groups (or groups of friends) to come up on stage and sing along or lip sync to a song of their choice. You don’t need to have a video like karaoke, just a song that matches your Cosplay theme or personality! You can choose any song from any genre, as long as it is appropriate for the audience.
The rules are simple:
- You need to submit a link to the song you want to use, so we don’t have to go searching for it. You can use any online platform that allows streaming, such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, etc.
- You need to limit your performance to 3-4 minutes, so everyone gets a chance to participate and the event doesn’t go on forever.
- You need to HAVE FUN (!) and be respectful of other performers and spectators.
- You can sign up for Cosplay LipSync at the convention – but it might be better to sign up beforehand, so you can secure your spot and song. To sign up, you need to fill out this [online form] with your name, song title, song link, and length of the song. Make sure to choose the date and time you want to perform! We will confirm your registration and let you know the time and place of the event!
