Are you a fan of comics, art, and animals? Don’t miss the chance to meet Bob Tkacik, a freelance comic book artist who is currently working on his creator-owned comic book Good Boy Paws. The comic tells the story of a recently abandoned dog learning about who he is and what he was meant for. Tkacik funded the comic through Kickstarter.
Over the past few years, Tkacik has illustrated a number of TMNT covers including TMNT: The Last Ronin and TMNT: Armageddon Game. He is also a huge fan of the Turtles and has been hooked on them since he was a kid. He recently collaborated with Jim Lawson, another TMNT artist, to do the colors for the Armageddon Game cover. He is also the artist on the Galactic Comics and Collectibles and Capes and Tights store-exclusive variant of Joseph Schmalke’s Seven Years In Darkness. He lives in Maine and has been featured in several podcasts and conventions. He is known for his dynamic and expressive style and his love for the TMNT universe.
Bob Tkacik is not only a talented comic artist, but also a passionate animal lover. He has two dogs, a cat, and a turtle as his pets, and he often posts pictures and videos of them on his social media pages. He also supports various animal welfare organizations and charities, such as the ASPCA, the Humane Society, and the Turtle Conservancy. He believes that animals are an important part of our lives and that we should treat them with respect and kindness.
