Actress, writer and producer Naomi Grossman, best known as Pepper on American Horror Story, comes to Boxborough MA for the Cabin Fever edition of the NorthEast ComicCon!
Naomi played Pepper in two seasons of AHS – Asylum and Freak Show – making her the first actor to reprise the same role in different seasons of the show. She was in another season of AHS: Apocalypse, as Samantha Crowe. She has also appeared in various films and television shows, such as Table for Three, The Chair, 1BR, Fear, Inc., Good Girls, Obliterated, and Wizard School Dropout. Naomi was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Actress in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series for her role in Ctrl Alt Delete. She is known for her versatility and transformational abilities, often undergoing drastic physical changes for her roles. She shaved her head bald and wore prosthetic makeup to play Pepper, a woman with microcephaly.
Naomi Grossman was born in Denver, Colorado, and graduated from Northwestern University with a theater major. She performed and taught the Spanish language in Los Angeles, where she joined the improvisational sketch comedy troupe The Groundlings. She’s named Lily Tomlin, Tracey Ullman, Gilda Radner, and Carol Burnett as inspirations. As a writer and producer, she has created several short films, web series, and spoof commercials.

Located at the Boxboro Regency Hotel, Naomi will be available all weekend for autographs, selfie photo ops, and a special “American Horror Story” and career retrospective with Matt Herring! Catch her on the Courtyard Stage Friday, March 8, at 4:30pm.
Naomi will also be producing and performing in her one-woman show fresh from her sold out off-Broadway performances, “American Whore Story” at the Regent Theatre in Arlington, MA on Thursday March 7 and Saturday March 9.
