Roy Thomas: Roy Thomas, born on November 22, 1940, in Jackson, Missouri, is a legendary comic book writer and editor. He began his career in comics as Stan Lee’s first successor as editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics. Thomas is best known for introducing the pulp magazine hero Conan the Barbarian to American comics. He also had lengthy writing stints on Marvel’s X-Men and The Avengers, as well as DC Comics’ All-Star Squadron. Throughout his career, Thomas co-created numerous iconic characters, including Vision, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Ghost Rider, Red Sonja, and many more. He was inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 2011 and the Harvey Awards Hall of Fame in 2022.

Gerry Conway: Gerry Conway, born on September 10, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York, is another prominent comic book writer and editor. He is best known for his work on The Punisher, which he co-created with artist Ross Andru and writer/editor John Romita Sr. Conway also wrote for major characters like Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, and The Flash. Conway’s career spans several decades, during which he has made significant contributions to both Marvel and DC Comics. He has been involved in various projects, including writing episodes for TV shows based on comic book characters.
