Butch Patrick, a name synonymous with the iconic Eddie Munster from the CBS comedy television series “The Munsters,” has had an illustrious career in the entertainment industry that began when he was just seven years old. Now, he’s poised to make a nostalgic appearance at the Collectibles Extravaganza & MusicCon, Concerts, Movie & TV Car Show in Boxborough MA, June 30-July 2, 2023.
Born on August 2, 1953, Patrick started his acting career at an early age, quickly making a name for himself in the industry. However, it was his role as Eddie Munster, the child werewolf in the lovable Munster family, that catapulted him to stardom. “The Munsters,” which aired from 1964 to 1966, was a popular fantasy situation comedy that followed the comedic misadventures of a family of friendly monsters trying to fit in with their human neighbors. Patrick reprised his role as Eddie in the 1966 feature film “Munster, Go Home!” and later starred in the ABC’s Saturday morning series “Lidsville” from 1971 to 1973.
Patrick’s career was not confined to the Munsters, however. The versatile actor also had a recurring role as Greg Howard in “The Real McCoys,” and guest-starred in several popular television shows of the 1960s, including “Ben Casey,” “My Favorite Martian,” “Bonanza,” “Mister Ed,” and “Rawhide.”
Despite his early success, Patrick has not rested on his laurels. He continues to be active in the industry with several projects lined up for release. Notably, he features as Mayor Myers in ‘Quakeasaurus,’ Priest Edwin Mumsford in ‘Old Man Jackson,’ and The Tin Can Man in the Netflix reboot of ‘The Munsters.’
Away from acting, Butch Patrick is a self-proclaimed car enthusiast, a passion he developed at the tender age of seven. He has owned several cars throughout his life, including a blue Mustang Mach I and a black 1969 Corvette T-top. Today, Patrick’s collection consists of various vehicles and Harleys.
The Munster Koach, a custom car designed by Tom Daniel and built by Dick Dean at Barris Kustoms, was the family’s vehicle in the television series. It was handcrafted from three Ford Model T bodies and was 18 feet long. Similarly, DRAG-U-LA, another car from the television series, was designed by Daniel and built by Barris’s project engineer, Richard “Korky” Korkes, using a coffin he purchased from a North Hollywood funeral home.
Both of these iconic vehicles will accompany Patrick to the Collectibles Extravaganza & MusicCon, Concerts, Movie & TV Car Show. The event promises a weekend packed with celebrity guests, live entertainment, collectible exhibitors, and iconic vehicles from television and film. The extravaganza will take place at the Boxboro Regency Hotel & Conference Center in Boxborough, Massachusetts, from June 30 to July 2, 2023.

This extravaganza is not just a convention, it’s a celebration of pop culture with live entertainment, collectible exhibitors, and your favorite vehicles from television and film. We’re excited to announce that our celebrity guests will include
- Micky Dolenz: American actor, musician, TV producer and businessman. He was a drummer and one of two primary vocalists for the pop-rock band the Monkees. He’s the only surviving member of the band following the death of Michael Nesmith in 2021.
- Michael Des Barres: English actor and musician who started his career early in boarding school. He was cast in the 1967 film To Sir With Love and was a part of the rock band Silverhead.
- Cherie Currie: American musician, actress, and artist, best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band the Runaways. She also does chainsaw art and opened a gallery in Chatsworth, California, in 2005.
- Richie Ramone: Drummer for the Ramones from 1983 to 1987. He was the only drummer to be credited as a composer, writer, and lead vocalist of a Ramones song.
- Butch Patrick: Patrick, a true car enthusiast, will bring with him two iconic cars from “The Munsters” – the Munster Koach and DRAG-U-LA. Both vehicles, designed by Tom Daniel and built by Barris Kustoms, are sure to turn heads and spark nostalgia among fans.
- Keone Young: An actor with a long career in film and television, known for voicing characters in various animated series and video games, and for his on-camera roles in HBO’s Deadwood and other TV shows and movies.
- Alicyn Packard: An award-winning voice actress known for voicing characters in various video games and animated series. She’s also a singer/songwriter with a band and is performing and meeting fans on Saturday, July 1st.
- Cowboy Mach Bell: A long-time part of the Boston music scene, known for his time with Thundertrain and the Joe Perry Project. He’s currently with the Mach Bell Experience.
- Sal Baglio: Known as the frontman for The Stompers and currently leads the Amplifier Heads. He is also a part of a trio with Jon Butcher and Allen Estes.
- Barrence Whitfield: A singer in soul, rock, and blues, performing with his band The Savages worldwide.
- Charlie Farren: Known as the lead singer of The Joe Perry Project, he later formed Farrenheit and has also been touring North America as ‘America’s Special Guest’ with various bands.
- Charles Rosenay: An author and promoter, involved with Beatles and Monkees fans for decades, currently has two new books released, and manages tours to Liverpool.

The event is taking place at the Boxboro Regency Hotel & Conference Center, located at 242 Adams Pl., Boxborough, MA, 01719.
