Dana DeLorenzo of Evil Dead Attends NorthEast ComicCon Nov. 29-Dec. 1

Meet actress, comedian and singer Dana DeLorenzo at the NorthEast ComicCon & Collectibles Extravaganza, Nov 29 through Dec 1, 2019 at the Boxboro Regency Hotel & Conference Center. DeLorenzo’s breakout role came when she was cast opposite Bruce Campbell in the beloved series Ash Vs Evil Dead (Starz) which is a continuation of the cult-classic movie trilogy Evil Dead, written and directed by Sam Raimi, for which in 2017 Dana received an iHorror Award nomination for Best Actress in a Horror Series.

DeLorenzo also performed in The Best of Craigslist Live! in sold-out tours through the Hollywood Fringe Festival, The Royal George Theatre in Chicago, as well as the prestigious Joe’s Pub in New York City. DeLorenzo continued to land leading comedic roles in shows like the critically-acclaimed web series Driving Arizona, and returned to doing impressions on Soul Pancake’s Impress Me opposite Ross Marquand (The Walking Dead) playing his love interest Emily/Andrea. Dana began acting as a child in radio commercials for a clothing store owned by her father. Her first paying acting job was performing in a weekly cabaret-style dinner show at 11 years old. She was also a cast member and dance captain in Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding in Chicago. DeLorenzo worked as a producer and portrayed Marissa Sanchez on the nationally syndicated radio show Mancow’s Morning Madhouse for a number of years. She was a regular on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in 2012 as Beth the CBS executive, and eventually made it into cartoons as the animated voice of Esmerelda in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
